An Access to Health Experts interview with special guest Rebecca Katz, MS, the author of One Bite at a Time: Nourishing Recipes for Cancer Survivors and their Friends (Second Edition), she is also an accomplished chef, and culinary translator. In this segment, Rebecca tells us where we can find gluten free baking products, and how to substitute for white sugar and other sweeteners when baking. She also gives us alternatives for gluten free breading.
